This is new Chanel top with tags.  It is made of  black sheer material.  Size 36.  The spagetthi straps and accent piece are a vinyl material.  This shirt is small. Please take a look at the measurements.  It is not a strethcy material.

The strap total length for one strap is 15 inches.  This is not where it is in half this is the full length of one strap.
